- Get to together and meet, know people they can relate to.

- Connect with campus resources.
Institutions
- Know the students’ context and complexity of navigating identities and Ph.D. process.
- Connect with stakeholders for future meetings and RDIs.
- Develop a roadmap to present critical information to incoming doctoral students.
