The Rising Doctoral Institute (RDI) is an orientation program designed to support incoming doctoral students as they transition into graduate school. It engages a cohort of students through a structured series of workshops centered on five overarching topics for student success, opportunities for small group discussions called Success Groups, as well as an evaluation of the Institute
